Which performances require masks?
  • Masks are no longer required at Taproot Theatre. Taproot supports patrons and staff who chose to wear a mask.
Is proof of vaccination of negative covid test required for entry?
  • Taproot no longer requires proof of vaccinations or negative COVID test.
  • New information will be posted on the Taproot website when it is available and will be included in your Know Before You Go email.
What changes have been made to the theatre?
  • Taproot has made structural changes that increase the intake of outside air, upgraded air filters to MERV-13, and added UV air-purifiers to the HVAC system. 

What if I don’t feel well, have Covid-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to Covid-19?

If you believe you have been exposed to COVID-19 or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19* please do not come to the theatre. Please contact the Taproot Box Office at which time you may:

  • Exchange your ticket for a future performance
  • Donate your ticket to Taproot for a tax-deductible donation
  • Receive credit for the value of your ticket toward another show

*People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea. This list is not all possible symptoms. Please consult your medical provider for any other symptoms that are severe or concerning to you.
