DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & OPERATIONS
This position has long-term potential for growth and is responsible for leading the theatre’s financial planning and management, overseeing the administrative operations and facilities, providing support to the production and education departments and engaging with the business, cultural and church communities. The applicant should have a passion for the non-profit world, especially the Arts, and be able to bring extensive financial and management skills to TTC’s mission. DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
An ideal applicant will have synergy with the performing arts; affinity with TTC’s core values, donor constituency with ties to the business, cultural and church communities; a proven history of success in fundraising; and bring abilities to lead strategies including major donor cultivation, direct mail, grants and social media with a department that includes three additional FT and PT staff. Currently, TTC has an annual budget of $2.8M (2018), and we expect to raise $1.2M in gifts, pledges and grants. The position is currently open. Salary is dependent on experience (consistent with industry), plus health insurance and extensive complimentary ticket access.
